Sterling Park to Lowes Island
Sterling covers a lot of ground. Sterling Park and Sugarland Run were built in the 1960s and 70s and are on some of the oldest suburban driveways in Loudoun County. Cascades, Countryside, and Lowes Island came along in the 80s and 90s. Then there is everything along Route 28 and Route 7, from Dulles Town Center to the industrial parks near the airport. We are about 30 minutes away on Route 28 and work in Sterling regularly.
Driveways in the Older Sections
In Sterling Park the driveways have often been overlaid more than once, and the original base was never much to begin with. The tell is a driveway that sits high against the garage slab and holds water at the apron. When that is the case we recommend removal and a proper two-coat rebuild rather than another lift. Where the base is still good, a resurface or a saw-cut patch costs a lot less and we will say so in the estimate.
HOA Lanes in Cascades and Countryside
The townhome sections of Cascades, Countryside, and Potomac Falls own miles of private lane and guest parking. Our HOA and property manager program gives the board a photographed condition report and a phased plan it can take straight into a budget meeting, so paving becomes a line item instead of a surprise assessment.

The flex warehouses and dealerships along Route 28 and Church Road take truck traffic all day. We provide commercial paving and parking lot repair and striping with night and weekend scheduling for businesses that cannot close.
