Where Residential Chantilly Meets Westfields
Route 28 splits Chantilly in half. West of it are business parks and flex warehouses around the Dulles Expo Center. East of it are neighborhoods like Greenbriar, Brookfield, and Poplar Tree that date back to the 1960s and 70s. We do both kinds of work, and we are about 20 minutes away by Route 29 or I-66, so a Chantilly estimate is an easy trip for us.
Older Driveways in Greenbriar and Brookfield
The driveways in Chantilly's older sections have often been overlaid two or three times. Each layer raises the driveway against the garage slab and the curb until water starts running toward the house instead of away from it. When we see that, we recommend milling or removing the old asphalt rather than adding another lift. Our driveway replacement restores proper grade, and for driveways that still drain correctly a resurface or targeted repair is the cheaper, sensible call.
Commercial Lots Near Route 28 and Route 50
Westfields and the industrial parks around Willard Road carry trucks all day, and the Route 50 retail strip is not far behind. Lots there fail at the loading docks and drive aisles first while the parking stalls look fine.
